Reply to your receipt email, or write to agpublishingsupport@gmail.com from the address you bought with.

The printed shop copy is covered too. If it arrives damaged, tell us and we replace it.

We send the refund within 2 working days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 more days to show it.

If a file won't download or open, write in first. That's usually a 1 minute fix, and your 60 days don't run out while we sort it.
